Account and access
Membership and Moderator access are reviewed separately.
A participant account provides access to the community. Formal membership applications, Moderator access requests, and Admin nominations each follow a separate review process. Super Admin capability is never publicly requestable.
Participant account
Create one account to join the authenticated participant workspace. No role, formal membership, country scope, or review authority is selected during signup.
Formal membership
Submit the established membership application. Approval may assign a formal membership level, but it does not create Moderator, Admin, or Super Admin authority.
Moderator access
An active participant may request access to limited Moderator tools. Admin access is nomination-based and highly restricted. Approval and activation are separate; neither implies employment, legal agency, or unrestricted access.
Super Admin is a narrow governance capability established only for an explicitly identified existing Admin through controlled operator tooling. It cannot be requested through a public or participant form.
