Account and authority
Membership and operational access are reviewed separately.
A participant account provides access to the community. Formal membership, Moderator authority, and Admin authority each follow a distinct governed process. Super Admin capability is never publicly requestable.
Participant account
Create one account to join the authenticated participant workspace. No role, formal membership, country scope, or review authority is selected during signup.
Formal membership
Submit the established membership application. Approval may assign a formal membership level, but it does not create Moderator, Admin, or Super Admin authority.
Operational consideration
An active participant may request Moderator consideration. Admin authority is nomination-based and highly restricted. Approval and activation are separate; neither implies employment, legal agency, or unrestricted access.
Super Admin is a narrow governance capability established only for an explicitly identified existing Admin through controlled operator tooling. It cannot be requested through a public or participant form.
