Terms of Use

Clear boundaries for a serious education community.

This page publishes the approved Terms of Use once they are in effect. Until then the structure below states what those terms must cover; it does not itself govern participation.

Working structure

The commitments the final terms must cover.

Draft, unapproved, and superseded text is never presented as governing. The structure below states what the approved terms must cover.

Education, not legal advice

Generation Justice provides education, community, mentoring, publishing, and opportunity services. It does not create a lawyer-client relationship or provide legal advice.

Account responsibility

Members must protect access credentials, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected account misuse.

Community and submitted work

Participation is governed by the Code of Conduct. Members retain rights subject to the permissions accepted for review, publication, moderation, and programme operation.

Opportunities and third parties

Third-party internships, meeting platforms, and external resources are identified where applicable and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Suspension and review

Access may be restricted for security, safeguarding, policy, legal, or operational reasons. The final terms must define notice, review, appeal, and retention processes.

Versioned acceptance

Important terms, conduct, privacy, application, and publication consents are versioned so acceptance can be tied to the document actually presented.
