Why it is used
To review applications, operate membership, deliver learning and opportunities, moderate community activity, issue verifiable certificates, communicate service messages, and protect the platform.
Who can see it
Members see their own records. Moderators see only approved fields and records within assigned scope. Administrators see information required for authorized governance. Public visitors see only published content and consented certificate fields.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained according to operational, safeguarding, legal, and audit needs. A deletion request may require selected security, decision, or legal records to be preserved for a defined period.
International participation
Generation Justice serves a global community. Production launch requires approved transfer, processor, and jurisdiction wording appropriate to the final operating entities and providers.
Your choices and rights
Members can manage preferences and profile fields. Access, correction, objection, portability, and deletion requests can be made through the data-rights route and will be handled under applicable law.
Certificate verification privacy
The public verification function never returns email, applications, activity, or private profile fields. Name, registration number, level, issue date, and country designation appear only when both certificate and membership visibility are enabled.
